WyCo Vintage Broadway ("we", "us") operates wycovintagebroadway.com and our retail locations in Kansas City. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site, shop with us in person, or buy from us online, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, and payment information. Payment card details are handled by our payment processors and are never stored on our servers.

When you shop at one of our retail locations, we collect the details of your purchase. If you give us your email address or phone number at the register, or join our rewards program, we collect that too.

When you browse the site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including your IP address, browser type, time zone, and the pages you view. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

  • To process and fulfill your orders, including shipping and order updates
  • To communicate with you about your order or account
  • To run our rewards program and apply points and offers to your account
  • To send marketing emails or text messages if you have opted in
  • To screen orders for fraud
  • To understand how customers use our site so we can improve it

Cookies and advertising

Our site uses cookies from Shopify to keep features like your cart working, and cookies and pixels from analytics and advertising partners to measure traffic and show relevant ads. These partners include Google (Analytics and Ads) and Meta (Facebook and Instagram). You can control cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of personalized ads through Google's ad settings, Meta's ad preferences, or aboutads.info.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to receive text messages, we will send you texts about new arrivals, drops, and sales. Agreeing to receive marketing texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, or reply HELP for help. We do not sell or share your phone number or your text message consent with third parties for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share personal information with service providers who help us run the business. They may only use it to provide services to us. These include:

  • Shopify, which hosts our store and processes online and in store orders
  • Payment processors that handle your payment
  • Shipping partners, including ShipStation and carriers such as UPS and USPS
  • Email and text message marketing platforms, including Klaviyo
  • Our rewards program provider, which tracks points and offers
  • Advertising and analytics partners, including Google and Meta
  • AI tools, including Anthropic's Claude, which we use to help with day-to-day operations such as order processing and customer service

We may also share information when required by law, for example to respond to a subpoena or other lawful request.

We do not sell your personal information. Some state laws treat the use of advertising cookies as "sharing" of personal information. You can opt out of that by using the ad settings linked above or by emailing us at the address below.

Email marketing

If you sign up for our newsletter or opt in at checkout, we will send you emails about new drops, sales, and new arrivals. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing does not affect emails about your orders.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it, delete it, or stop using it for targeted advertising. To make a request, email us at wycovintage@wycovintage.com. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by law. We will not treat you differently for exercising these rights.

How long we keep your information

We keep order records for as long as we need them for accounting, taxes, and legal obligations. If you ask us to delete your information, we will remove what we are not legally required to keep.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your personal information from loss, theft, and unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

Our site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page with a revised date at the top.
